Guided Hikes and More at Screaming Goat Farm

Looking for a fun and educational experience? Join us at Screaming Goat Farm for a guided hike through our land during peak seasons as well as a fun hour playing with the goats in our pasture.

Our husband-and-wife team, Melissa and Michael, are excited to share their knowledge and passion with you. Melissa is an artist, host, cook, and mother, while Michael is a trained survivalist, educated through his service in the Marines, and a skilled forager and father.

Our goats love to spend time playing and eating, and each one has a different character that's sure to make you laugh. During your visit, we'll be delighted to educate you on the background and fun facts about our beloved herd.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we'll provide you with a cup of food and some treats to share with the goats. Please remember to wear appropriate clothing, as our furry friends can be quite enthusiastic in their affection.

During our guided hikes, we'll point out edible plants and fungi, such as Chicken of the Woods, Ramps, and Turkey Tail Mushrooms. We'll discuss sustainable foraging practices, cooking techniques, and the various ways we process our homemade, organic products.

In addition to our guided hikes, and hanging with the goats, we also offer birthday party hosting and face painting services.
